4. Custom Orders

  • For custom or made-to-measure pieces, we require exact measurements provided by the client. We are not responsible for sizing issues arising from incorrect measurements provided.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. Shipping

  • Delivery timelines will be shared during order confirmation. Standard production time is 2 weeks.

  • Shipping timelines may vary based on location and customs regulations.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • As our garments are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Any defect must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, with clear photos and a description.

  • Upon approval, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit.
