1. Return Eligibility

Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, we do not offer returns unless:

• The product is damaged/defective upon delivery

• You received the wrong item

In such cases, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Exchange Policy

• Size exchanges are subject to availability

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days

• Customized products are non-exchangeable

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
